Dr. Jason T. Pavlak, DDS
Dr. Jason T. Pavlak, DDS graduated from Michigan State University in 1999 with a mechanical engineering degree. He graduated from the University Of Michigan Dental School in 2011. He joined the dental practice in 2011 and became a partner in 2016.
Dr. Pavlak is married to his wife Samreet and has three children, Sasha, London, and Hudson. He refers to himself as a “family man”.
Dr. Pavlak is a current member of the American Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association.
Dr. Pavlak is certified in minor tooth movement and placing implants.
Dr. Pavlak was a project engineer for Ford Motor Co. before entering the dental field. He likes sports, concerts, and being directly involved with people.
Dr. Erin A. Sparks, DDS
Dr. Erin A. Sparks, DDS, Milford High School class of 1994, went on to graduate from Western Michigan University in 1997. She graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Dentistry in 2002. She joined Village Dental of Milford in 2019.
Dr. Sparks is married to John Sparks and has two daughters Lauren and Morgan. She is a current member of the Academy of Facial Esthetics and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Sparks enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, gardening and reading. Having lived in Milford almost her entire life, she has a strong sense of community and enjoys promoting local activities and being a part of what the area has to offer.
Dr. Jacob K. Hadley, DDS
Dr. Jake Hadley is originally from Utah where he completed his undergraduate degree in public health. His desire to serve the community led him to pursue dentistry, where he attended the University of Michigan. He enjoys interacting with patients and making them feel comfortable. He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Hadley is passionate about making and eating homemade pizza, biking, and spending time with his beautiful wife, Kacie, and daughter, Josie.
Dr. Jacob Flyte, DDS
Dr. Jacob Flyte was born and raised in Oakland County. He attended University of Detroit Jesuit for high school and University of Detroit Mercy for his undergraduate studies, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Concentration in Neuroscience and a Minor in Leadership Studies. He then pursued his dental education at University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where he graduated with many distinctive honors.
Because of his extensive experience with Jesuit education, Dr. Flyte has developed an intrinsic desire to serve others in both his career and his personal life. He is committed to providing personal and comprehensive care to help all patients achieve their oral health goals.
Dr. Flyte is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon – an esteemed organization committed to scholarship and the promotion of ethical standards in the dental profession. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and the Oakland County Dental Society. He has completed advanced training for implant placement and 3-D imaging. He has received awards from the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry for his clinical work.
In his free time, Dr. Flyte loves spending time outdoors. He and his fiancé enjoy golfing, being on the water, and going on new adventures with their golden retriever, Ruby.
Dr. James Popyk, DDS
Dr. Popyk attended the University of Detroit Mercy for both his undergraduate degree in Chemistry and his doctoral degree in Dentistry. Dr. Popyk is focused on staying up to date with current dental procedures and techniques. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association.
Dr. Popyk practices with a patient-centered approach and believes in treating the patient as a whole, and that comprehensive dentistry doesn’t involve just our teeth.
Born and raised in Michigan, he enjoys spending his time outdoors. Some of his favorite hobbies include camping, golfing and skiing.
